Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order and every refill-plan delivery.

Processing

Orders ship from our United States fulfillment center and are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times (estimates)

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed; carrier delays can occur, especially around holidays.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We don't ship to every country; if checkout doesn't offer your address, we're currently unable to deliver there.

Refill-plan deliveries

Refill-plan orders are created automatically on your renewal date and ship on the same timeline.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email hi@ferohush.com with your order number and we'll help.
