Refund policy

60-Day Calm-or-Refund Promise

We want FeroHush to work for your cat. If you're not happy with your first FeroHush order, email us at hi@ferohush.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund the purchase price of that order to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back.

What's covered

• The promise applies to your first order (diffuser kit and any refills purchased with it), one refund per household.
• Later refill-plan deliveries aren't covered by the promise, but you can skip or cancel your plan at any time before your next renewal date (see our Subscription policy).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
